Kelly Kaye

Director of Partnerships & Engagement

Kelly spent much of her early career working in the area of dementia. Her first experience whilst at university was a Sunday job in a day centre for people living with dementia. Kelly moved on to work in local government running a dementia team, day centre and dementia projects.

She then moved to the National Dementia Action Alliance, hosted by Alzheimer’s Society, starting as Partnerships and Campaigns Manager before leading the Alliance. She led on the Dementia Friendly Hospital work and From Seldom Heard to Seen and Heard Campaign, presenting the work of the campaign at the Alzheimer’s Disease International conference in Chicago.

Later, she joined the children’s charity Coram, heading up the Secretariat supporting the Department for Education with their work on adoption and special guardianship.

Kelly is a season ticket holder at Leyton Orient Football Club and is on the committee of their LGBTQ+ group RainbOs as Secretary and is also responsible for their social media.
